Where BobDawg's Daily Life Becomes Clear.
BobDawg
During my life I've come to enjoy computer programs and would like to have a career in video game development. I graduated high school in 2006. I was then accepted to DigiPen, a technological school located in Redmond, Washington specializing in computer game design. I attended DigiPen for one year before determining that for financial reasons and to lighten my course load I would take most of my general education at the junior college back home. I intend to return to DigiPen in the Fall of 2009 and graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Real Time Interactive Simulation. I then hope get a job working for Valve, entertainment software and technology company founded in 1996 and based in Bellevue, Washington. I would like to design Role Playing Games, games that involve character development and plot building.

Google … Mars?
Mar 12th
Google adds one more thing to their long list of projects, … Google Mars. Google Mars, is quite similar to Google Moon, it takes Googles Maps Interface and combines it with images and information about the “Red Planet”, Mars. I must say it contains a fare amount of information, linked with locations, such as Spacecraft Locations, Mountains, Canyons, Craters, and Stories about Mars. If you have some time, go see for yourself.

MyGamerCard.net Last Game Played Theme
Feb 22nd
MyGamerCard.net has added a new feature for their supporters, that adds a background to their gamercard based on the last game played. (See Left) This feature is awsome, unfortunately they have closed the supporters program to the public. I am a proud supporter of “MyGamerCard.net”. Go checkout my GamerCard Bookmarklet Generator, or my Halo 2 Stats Bookmarklet Generator.

Effective Brand Toolbars
Feb 19th
Effective Brand a company I found about a year and a half ago, which allows you to make your own community toolbar. Effective Brand really stands out from the competition, though i’ve yet to find any, with all the features you could want and the ease and simplicity that is often hard to find. I would highly recommend Effective Brand to anyone who needs a custom toolbar.

Gmail adds browser based Talk
Feb 12th
Google’s email solution, Gmail, adds the ability to Chat with other Gmail users right from your web browser. Google says that Chat will not include the ability to send or receive calls, so there is still a reason for the Google Talk Application.
Brush Fire! Update
Feb 6th
It appears I may have spoken too soon about the condition of the fire. The Wind has picked up and is now pushing the fire westward. I will continue to update the situation here for as long as possible, though I may have to shutdown the server for a period of time if required to evacuate. So far every thing seems to be okay.
